Rachel Overcash serves as the Mortgage Success Manager for our team, guiding each loan smoothly from application to closing. She works closely with clients, lenders, and underwriting to keep files organized, timelines on track, and communication clear every step of the way.

Before entering the mortgage industry, Rachel worked as a therapist and social worker supporting individuals through life transitions. Her background shaped a thoughtful, client-focused approach and strong communication skills that help clients feel comfortable and informed throughout the mortgage process.

Rachel partners with her husband, Nick, to ensure clients receive both expert loan guidance and a smooth, well-managed loan process from start to finish. Outside of work, she is a busy mom of three who enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and exploring new restaurants in the area.
