Nick Overcash is a North Carolina mortgage professional with more than 25 years of experience in finance, including over nine years focused exclusively on residential lending.

Born and raised in North Carolina and based in Raleigh for nearly three decades, Nick works with buyers and homeowners across the state to structure mortgage solutions that align with their financial goals. He is known for his analytical approach, helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions with confidence.

As an independent mortgage broker, Nick founded Overcash Mortgage to provide clients with competitive pricing, access to multiple lending partners, and clear communication throughout the loan process. He works closely with real estate agents, attorneys, and financial professionals across North Carolina to ensure transactions move smoothly from application to closing.

Nick lives in Raleigh with his wife, Rachel, and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth sports, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
